Calyos is proud to share our successful participation in The Battery Show Europe 2025, held in Stuttgart, Germany. As one of the premier events for advanced battery technologies and electric vehicle (EV) innovation, the show provided a unique platform to showcase our cutting-edge two-phase cooling solutions to industry leaders and decision-makers.
At the event, we highlighted our revolutionary Micro Channel Heat Pipe (MCHP) technology, designed specifically to address the thermal challenges in high-power battery systems. MCHP technology is a passive, pump-free cooling solution that uses two-phase cooling to efficiently manage heat, even in the most compact and demanding battery configurations.
With its ability to operate silently, without maintenance, and with zero power consumption, MCHP technology ensures superior thermal performance, enhancing both the safety and longevity of battery systems. This breakthrough is particularly critical for electric vehicles and energy storage solutions, where thermal management directly impacts system reliability, charging speeds, and overall efficiency.

What We Do
We engineer advanced cooling technologies, including loop heat pipes, micro-channel heat pipes, and pulsating heat pipes, to optimize thermal performance across a variety of applications. Typically these include: power electronics, processors, and batteries, but we don't stop there we are continuing to develop and produce fully customizable solutions for other specific needs, for example e-motors and fuel cells.

When We Started
Calyos was incorporated in 2014 as a spin-off from Euro Heat Pipes (EHP), which was established in 2001 and has become a major player in the European satellite market. Since then, Calyos has been adapting and evolving EHP's space-grade cooling technologies for terrestrial applications.
